We require a deposit of at least 50% when you make your reservation. Payment is required in our account within 3 days to secure your booking. Your reservation is only confirmed when payment reaches our account. The amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this risk.
It is not possible to make a down payment on an offer, the full sum is payable at once.
Balance of payment
We expect the balance of the sum no later than 3 weeks before departure. If you book within 3 weeks of departure, we expect the full reservation sum immediately.
You will receive confirmation of your booking in the form of an invoice in PDF format. This invoice also includes our account number to which payment can be made. If you do not receive email confirmation with an invoice in PDF format after booking (please check your spam box), then contact us. You may have provided us with an incorrect email address.
